The Ocean Center is located at 101 N Atlantic Ave., Daytona Beach, FL.

Load In: Friday, March 27th from 7 AM - 7 PM
Load Out: Sunday, March 29th from 4 PM - 7 PM
If your booth requires a vehicle to be in the building during load in or load out, you must be on the schedule. To get non the schedule, call or email the event director, Eric at 804-919-4848 or Eric@FSFExpo.com.
Only exhibitors with credentials will be permitted to enter the building during load in/out.

Vendors can park in the west surface parking lot. Unloading can be done at the exhibit hall loading dock. Parking overnight is available. Each booth has a parking pass for one vehicle.
Additional vehicles cost $15.

Exhibitors will receive a set number of credentials based on their space size. Credentials will not be released until all balances and proof of insurance with FSFE have been cleared.

FSFE will be open to the public:
Saturday, March 28 | 8 AM – 6 PM
Sunday, March 29 | 9 AM - 3 PM

If your company is doing a seminar, please check in at the show stage 10 minutes prior to your scheduled seminar time.
A comprehensive educational and seminar program will be developed throughout the year. If your company is interested in presenting or contributing to our educational components in any capacity, please contact Eric McPherson at Eric@FSFExpo.com.

Self-unloading is for exhibitors who have small hand-carry items. Vehicles must not be left unattended in unloading or parking dock areas. Any unattended vehicle will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Guest’s hand-carrying items can enter the venue carrying a package.
Exhibitors will not be permitted to remove items from the Show until the close of the Show.
FSFE assumes no responsibility for any materials left in your exhibit areas.

All in-line booths are supplied with the following.
8 ft. high backwall drape
3 ft. high sidewalls
a 6 ft. table(s), chair(s)
a wastebasket
a company ID sign
If you do not need a table or chairs, you may set them in the aisle and they will be collected by the decorator or staff.

Exhibitors who would like to sell on-site but do not have a Florida State Sales Tax Certificate must submit a Cash and Carry form. If you plan to participate in this program, the Cash & Carry form must be completed and returned to us at least one week prior to show opening.
